Still using Nero Lite

Apparently Nero has released new builds for Nero 7 and Nero 8 this month. As many people are still using Nero Lite (including me also) I have updated Nero 7 Lite and Nero 8 Lite builds:

Nero 7/8 Lite build 1.20.1.1 changelog:
- update Inno Setup -> 5.3.8
- fix mp4 thumbnail support
